We perform the service - we remove the barriers to joining in by taking care of the logistics starting with the use of our very successful KEY VAULT PROGRAM to provide access and we arrange payment to coincide with the service delivery so that once the work is completed the service provider receives immediate payment. Why is this important? This goes back to step #1 where we get the best group buying using the leverage that the service provider won't have to chase their money!
Once the first round is complete we create a sign up for a second round later in the year to ensure stragglers have an opportunity to literally "get with the program".
