Concierge Services List

The Concierge will accept parcels and deliveries on your behalf provided you have completed the Resident Information Form which includes the necessary waiver. We can then provide delivery notification by email, phone or delivery slip.

Delivery/Parcel Service (Available Now)

One man’s junk, another man’s jewel! We routinely have to go to great lengths (and expense) to get rid of unclaimed items left in locker rooms; in the parkade, the recycling room or in the elevator lobby.  We think we have an answer that all can live with...a $10 disposal drop off fee.

Residential Item Disposal

We will arrange for your car to be washed right here at Brava!  Rather than going to an outside car wash, we will have your car hand washed onsite.  Drop off your keys and we take care of the rest, we can arrange complete detailing as well.  Drop In Saturdays or Any Day Appointments (please allow 24 notice for appointments)

Brava Car Wash  (Available Now)

Don’t have the time needed to drop off your Dry-cleaning?  Not open when you have time?  We can supply dry-cleaning drop-off bags so that you can leave your items with us for our recommended drycleaners to pickup.
