1. What times/days are the amenities available?

A) This varies by amenity—

The fitness centre opens at 06:00 am and closes at 11:00 pm daily

The meeting room and Multipurpose / AV room is open at 09:00 and closes at  11:00 daily.

The Guest suites are available 24/7 although they revolve around bookings where the check-in is at 3pm and the checkout is at noon.

The pool is seasonal but the hot tub is available all year long.

ALL Amenities are closed at 11pm except the Children’s Playroom which closes at 6 pm daily.  

2. Is there Guest Parking?  Is there parking for Contractors or other Trades working on my suite?

A) Yes there is limited Guest Parking.  The service is first come, first serve and users must get a Visitor Parking Permit from the Concierge (1155 Seymour) BEFORE PARKING and are subject to the following restrictions:

 

On weekdays the Guest Parking STARTS at 5pm and ends the next day at 9am except on weekends where parking is available 24 hrs on Saturday and Sunday but Visitor must renew their permit after spending the night.

 

Guests of residents are allowed 4 permits per calendar month based on the individual’s license plate.  Residents may have unlimited guests but the license plate restriction applies to all users.

 

Contractors or other Trades must find street parking or use the resident’s personal parking stall.  All trades people MUST check-in with the Concierge before commencing work and the Concierge will attempt to assist the tradesperson with material drop-off / loading location most practical where possible.
