If you’ve signed a completed Delivery Waiver then we will be glad to receive on your behalf.

How would you like to be notified?  This is in response to feedback from you!  We had been slipping a note under your door.  Many indicated while this was fine on the way home from work or out they had just been through the lobby (to get their mail for example) and when they arrived home, discovered the note.  Now you can select the best method(s) for you.  We can phone, email or give you a delivery note!  Whichever suits your lifestyle.  (Please remember that some doors have been retrofitted with weather-stripping that prevents us from sliding under the door.

· If you need us to store for a short stay then let us know in advance

· If you have a delivery that is fragile or perishable let us know in advance

· If you have any special delivery needs see the concierge for assistance
