Insurance and Convenience—Two reasons to use Key Vault Services

Born from a need for convenient access to suites for Annual Fire Inspection, Key Vault has found several purposes. Now after several years of successful service to Brava residents, we want you to expand your appreciation of the service to cover other needs.  Here are some other ways Brava residents use our Key Vault Service.

 

* One resident is often travelling and uses the Key Vault to have others access the suite when they are away.  Whether it is an appliance delivery or Aunt Sally in from Red Deer, all you need to do is send us an email with your unique PIN and the name of the individual or organization and the key is ready for them.  Cost $10.

* One person says that it saves them an hour commute should they leave the office and forget their key!  We are very secure in our use of the system.  Once your key goes in, each time it goes out our Concierge file a report of the date/time and person picking up the key ONLY once they submit the unique PIN. Cost $10

* Insurance.  The average call out for a Locksmith is over $120 and that is if they can open your door without drilling out the lock (picking the lock).  Not to mention the time factor if you are left to wait in the lobby.  Within minutes you could be back in your suite.  Cost $10

* Spare Car Keys.  This is the safest way to keep your spare keys, car, office, boat or whatever you might need access unexpectedly. Make up a group of keys and put them in your onsite Key Vault! They will be available when that one key seems to have gone missing!  Cost $10

* Avoid Fines. If you are a Key Vault member and you give us a release to use your key (an email is required for our file) you will never need to pay a fine for not providing access to the Annual Fire Inspection.  That is currently as much as $100 for each round missed.  Cost $10

 

Whatever you see as the need, and especially if you don’t see it coming, $10 per use is a small fee for the comfort and satisfaction knowing that you can control your keys in a safe and reliable fashion.  To place any keys into our Key Vault System, see the Concierge on duty.
