How to book an amenity:

1.  Check “Booking Calendar” first for availability

2.  If available, click “Book Now” Please Note that bookings can not be made more than 2 months in advance.

PLEASE NOTE:  The booking will not be finalized and the dates/times remain available until we receive two cheques, one for the damage deposit (refundable if no damage) and one for the rental use (fee for use). Place cheques in an envelope and can be dropped off at the Manager’s Office (4th Floor Tower B) or with the Concierge. Make Cheques payable to BCS 1172.

Deposit/Fee Structure:  Damage Deposit (any amenity): $200.00        Multipurpose/AV Room Rent:  $100 per use.  Meeting Room: $80.00 per use.

Guest Room Rent: $60.00 per night—Residents must supply bedding/linen and towels to their guests.  Keys can be picked up after 3pm on the date of the rental and keys must be returned to management or the concierge by 11am on the next or last day of rental.

CLEANING/DAMAGES:  All amenities are expected to be returned in the same condition that they were when accepted by Resident.  A cleaning charge of $20 per hour will be levied if amenity is not left in same condition.  Damages will be assessed by management and taken from deposit.  In the event that damages exceed the value of the damage deposit, additional charges will be collected.
